Ulm, November 2016 - The Group's IT subsidiary has become the favorite in the Ulm region, with 1,700 education and career students voting and, once again, promoting Daimler TSS to the local top ten list of the best employers.
Chris Röger, who has been CEO of Daimler TSS since October, accepted the Employer Branding Award of the Centre for Growth and Sales Strategy at the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU) in November and, in addition to the students, especially thanked everybody at TSS. “You need one thing more than anything else to get to 1st place: a motivated and innovative team. I'd like to thank all our colleagues for their excellent work!”
With more than 800 employees in Ulm, Stuttgart, Berlin and overseas in Asia, Daimler TSS man-aged to overtake other globally active firms this year with an overall annual turnover exceeding 50 million euros. This is the criterion that the Neu-Ulm University included in its poll of students.
Those surveyed were asked to evaluate 72 companies which they would consider as potential employers. They were particularly asked to take into consideration the aspects of the service portfolio, prominence, and employer attractiveness into consideration.
This prize is under the patronage of the town of Neu-Ulm and has been awarded annually since 2012.
Having already won the “Best Place to Work” survey, Daimler TSS can now take pride in this award in 2016.
