Performance Tests
Performance testing focuses on non-functional quality targets such as response times, processing speeds and robustness. We vary the load (e.g. the number of concurrent users, number of transactions, data volume) and infrastructure parameters (network, firewall, etc.) to put your applications through the most rigorous test cycles.
Functional Tests
Functional testing checks that an application fulfills its functional requirements and specified quality targets. This includes verifying that it is fit for purpose (scope and depth of functionality), that the specifications have been correctly implemented and that it fulfills interoperability demands so that it is fully compatible with other building blocks within the system.
