Infrastructure Security Concepts & Reviews

QIO Support
QIO Support helps QIOs implement the steps defined in ITM that apply to their respective line of business. This includes working with project managers on the acceptance of quality gates, initial liaising with project management to plan binding quality gates and establishing a quality management system.
Methods & Process Consulting
This service focuses on helping organizational units within Daimler to develop new processes and reengineer existing ones. Our process experts draw on extensive theoretical and methodological know-how, also supporting the introduction of project-specific process flows and tool-enabled rollouts.
